Location was best possible right next to marvellous Italian restaurant, staff were charming, everything was fairly clean throughout. Rooms were non-smoking, huge with contemporary decor. I loved the breakfast, there was plenty of outstanding food. Early check in and excellent service.

Wonderful staff, very comfy beds and SCRUMPTIOUS breakfast. We had the classic queen suite which was non smoking and fashioned. Strategic location just walking distance from a late 19th-century Gothic Revival church.

I really enjoyed to be in this place. The room was huge, location was peaceful, pleasant enough visit. Generous breakfast, welcoming service. The hotel was right at the heart of the Hanoi. My luck was that it had free WiFi throughout the property...
